2012 MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS AND RATES

Capital City Boot Camps is a monthly membership program. Campers are required to commit to either a 3, 6, or 12-month training program at a membership level that best caters to their schedule, goals and budget as outlined below. Please note the big savings on our boot camp package offerings that are provided to campers who sign-up for a 12-month program.

Compare this to $540/month of personal training at a local gym or health club (9 workouts/month at the typical $60/session rate) that just gives you workouts and zero nutritional guidance for the same length of commitment!

* No Commitment Option:

We encourage all boot campers to enroll in a membership training program because we believe fitness is a long-term commitment and hopping from program to program does not allow the user to fully benefit from a single program.

However, if circumstances prohibit a commitment you can partake in a single month of our Rapid Results Package for $247
