The program consists of the same legendary workouts provided in our Capital City Boot Camp offerings each month. The only difference is that you will have to do the workouts on your own.
However, our rapid fat loss workout system is built around bodyweight-based training that you can do in the comfort of your own home or when on the road while traveling.

Learn Your Workouts of the Month: A bootcamp instructor will teach you and other Bootcamp-To-Go Members the workouts of the month, complete with level I, II, and III exercise progressions to best accommodate your current fitness level. You will also have the opportunity to ask any and all questions you may have about your monthly workouts at this time.
Session#2- Group Workout-
Get after it with the Bootcamp Workout of the Month: A bootcamp instructor will provide you and other Bootcamp-To-Go Members with a killer wildcard workout each month to provide a nice change of pace from your monthly training routines. The inherent social support and accountability of the group exercise format will also help you stay the course with your workout routines and make new friends in fitness. It’s also nice to know that you can see your trainer ever 2 weeks to best keep you in check.
