Level 1- 10 reps of each exercise (300 total reps)
Level 2- 12 reps of each exercise (360 total reps)
Level 3- 14 reps of each exercise (420 total reps)

  2. 1-arm push press- Left side
  3. 1-arm clean/ power curl- Right side
  4. 1-arm clean/ power curl- Left side
  5. 1-arm swing- Right side
  6. 1-arm swing- Left side

Rest for 60 seconds.

Your goal is to complete 5 total rounds for a 20 minute total body workout.
