Bread and Butter Workout

BREAD AND BUTTER 1.0 BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT (60-15 Circuit)

10 exercise circuit- Perform each exercise for 60 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest.

  1. Speed Jumps
  2. 1/2 Pushups
  3. Stop & Go Squats
  4. Posterior Chain Hold
  5. Spiderman Mt. Climbers
  6. Single Leg RDL
  7. T-Pushup Hold
  8. Split Squats
  9. Upper Body Running/High Knee Runs
  10. Stepping Claps/ Jumping Claps

 

Rest for 2 minutes

Repeat 3 times for a 41 minute total body workout
