BREAD AND BUTTER 2.0 BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT (60-15 Circuit)

 

 

 

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds followed by a 15 second rest.

  1. Speed Jumps- Intermittent
  2. 1.0 Pushups
  3. Stop & Go Jump Squat- 4s hold
  4. Prone Posterior Chain Hold- W Shape
  5. Spiderman Mt. Climber + Pushup
  6. Single Leg Prisoner SLDL
  7. T-Pushup (feet wide)
  8. Reverse Lunge and Twist
  9. Upper Body Running or High Knees
  10. Jumping Claps or Regular Jumping Jacks

Rest for 2 minutes

Repeat 3 times for a 41 minute total body workout
