40/20 Equipment Based

40/20 Equipment Based Workout- Stability Ball & Dumbbells

 

 

Perform 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest for each exercises. Be sure to switch sides halfway when needed.

 

  1. Ball Hamstring Curl
  2. Ball DB Pec Fly
  3. Ball Wall Squat
  4. Ball Posterior Chain Y-Hold
  5. Ball Pike

Repeat 4 times for a 20 minute total body workout
